Leadership Development Committee Meeting Nov 2026

The Leadership Development Committee exists to identify, cultivate, and prepare future leaders who will advance the Association’s mission and vision. The committee supports the Governance Committee by recommending qualified candidates for board service and State and National leadership opportunities.  Further, it facilitates leadership development initiatives that strengthen the pipeline of engaged, informed, and diverse leaders. Through mentorship and education, the committee ensures continuity of leadership and fosters a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and innovation.
